Elisha Manning, LCSW-C
LICENSED CERTIFIED SOCIAL WORKER - CLINICAL
Elisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals learn healthy ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and process trauma. She has experience treating a wide variety of mental health concerns, and she has a special passion for working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and substance abuse. She has been working in the field since 2019, gaining experiences within the child welfare system, courts, mental health organizations, and medical facilities. Prior to joining Aspen Grove Wellness, she spent the previous four years working as a mental health and substance use therapist supporting individuals who are seeking change and stability.
In therapy, Elisha’s approach to treatment is to create a supportive, safe environment for growth and partnership. Her goal as a therapist is

to create a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment where individuals can explore their emotions and build confidence to make steps toward their goals. She strives to create individualized treatment plans using interventions CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, strength-based therapy, and person-centered therapies.
Elisha became a therapist because she knows that life does not come with an instruction manual, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. She is dedicated to providing an atmosphere of safety for her clients to gain confidence, overcome triggers, and thrive gives her the drive to continue doing this amazing work.
When she is not in session, you can find her outdoors enjoying the fresh air with her two energetic French Bulldogs, Blu and Juice.
